OAEE Pension Benefits Information System

The main functions include:

Monitoring of the pension case from the submission of the application through to the issuance of the pension decision and its forwarding for settlement.
Updating the computerised Insurance Account by adding missing information (relating either to OAEE insurance or to the recognition of insurance periods outside OAEE), correcting erroneous data, and managing any resulting outstanding debts.
Consolidation of Insurance Records (Calculation of Insurance Periods) and Issuance of Insurance Certificates.
Identification of the Most Favourable Applicable Provision, Calculation of the Pension, and Allocation among the Beneficiaries.
Provision of pension decision notifications to the existing Payment and Settlement applications (TEBE–TAE–TSA) until their consolidation into a unified system.
