Installation of RIS/PACS Systems and Medical Procedure and Report Transcription Systems in Public Hospitals and Primary Healthcare Facilities across the Country

The project aims to provide full coverage of healthcare facilities across the country with RIS/PACS applications. Each healthcare facility will be equipped with the necessary hardware to support the operation of the applications, as well as diagnostic equipment, enabling the beneficiary healthcare facilities to electronically manage radiological examination series and images alongside the implementation of a RIS system.

At the same time, the project is designed to provide all healthcare facilities with the initial equipment and infrastructure required to transfer the entire management process of radiology departments to electronic systems and to store all relevant information both locally and centrally through the cloud-based VNA system to be provided by the Public Sector.

The ultimate objective of the project is to centrally manage all radiological data across the country, while enabling citizens to access their radiological examinations through a centralized portal, complementing their individual health records.

The project will cover the essential equipment required by healthcare facilities, as well as all necessary user licenses for the off-the-shelf software solutions.

The project will fully address the radiological needs of healthcare facilities without disrupting, under any circumstances, the daily operations carried out using the specialized software accompanying the radiological equipment of the healthcare facilities.

The functionalities of the project will be divided into those performed within hospitals and those performed outside hospitals or Health Centers.
