Brief Description |
The project aims to identify existing inefficiencies in the provision of services by Health Units in their interactions with stakeholders, achieve the full administrative and operational integration and standardisation of procedures, and ensure operational interoperability based on the development of a unified organisational structure and simplified, standardised procedures. More specifically, the project seeks to simplify procedures relating to medical services, biomedical technology, procurement and warehouse management, as well as the administrative and financial operations of public Health Units in their cooperation with private-sector businesses in the healthcare sector, specifically physicians and healthcare service providers (diagnostic centres, individual laboratories, medical equipment suppliers, medical equipment maintenance providers, laboratory supplies suppliers (reagents, etc.), and others). The outcome of the project will be to support and strengthen entrepreneurship by optimising the operation of services and Health Units, making them less bureaucratic and more accessible and business-friendly. |
