Brief Description Project Purpose is to procure and install the necessary hardware and basic software required for the implementation and operation of the system, as well as to provide the following services:
  • Preparation of studies and development of proposals, including the Implementation Study and recommendations on a range of matters, such as procedures, coding standards, control rules, performance indicators, etc.
  • Training of system users and administrators. This includes conventional training for system administrators and key users (power users), as well as the development of a distance-learning environment for healthcare professionals and insured persons.
  • Support for information and communication activities, including conferences, workshops and other initiatives aimed at facilitating and promoting the transition.
  • Maintenance and operational support for the system and its users and administrators for a period of 2.5 years from the commencement of production operation.
  • The services also include incident resolution, system enhancements, support for the management of configuration and parameter files, day-to-day operational support, and user support through a contact centre/help desk, etc.
