Brief Description |
The project aims to develop a system that will automate the process of managing the social security legislation governing all Social Security Funds (SSFs) and covering all their operational areas, including Benefits, Pensions, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Care, etc. The system will be capable of interfacing with the AMKA-EMAEΣ system and will support the provision of well-documented responses to queries, both through Social Security Fund employees and directly to citizens. The system will also enable the implementation of alternative legislative scenarios to support the formulation of national policy and strategy. |
