Brief Description |
Project Purpose is to procure and install the necessary hardware and basic software required for the implementation and operation of the system, as well as to provide the following services:
- Preparation of studies and development of proposals, including the Implementation Study and recommendations on a range of matters, such as procedures, coding standards, control rules, performance indicators, etc.
- Training of system users and administrators. This includes conventional training for system administrators and key users (power users), as well as the development of a distance-learning environment for healthcare professionals and insured persons.
- Support for information and communication activities, including conferences, workshops and other initiatives aimed at facilitating and promoting the transition.
- Maintenance and operational support for the system and its users and administrators for a period of 2.5 years from the commencement of production operation.
- The services also include incident resolution, system enhancements, support for the management of configuration and parameter files, day-to-day operational support, and user support through a contact centre/help desk, etc.
