IDIKA S.A. operates Pension Payment Systems for the following organizations:

   (646,203 pension cases)
3. Insurance Funds Integrated into IKA
   (2,472 pension cases)
4. OAEE – TSA
   (53,594 pension cases)
5. OAEE – TAE
   (47,143 pension cases – October 2011 payment)
6. OGA
   (850,000 pension cases)
7. Other Insurance Funds (TSMEDE, ETAA, ETAM-MME, ETAP for Press Technical Personnel)
   (26,324 pension cases)

The Pension Payment Systems operate on a monthly basis and support the calculation, payment and administration of pension benefits. Their main functions include:

• Monthly pension calculation and payment processing for all pensioners (new pensions, updates to existing pensions, payment execution, and generation of control reports for payment centers).
• Issuance of pension statements (quarterly).
• General pension increases and reductions.
• Processing of consecutive insurance cases (cost allocation between insurance funds).
• Annual processing of EKAS (Social Solidarity Benefit for Pensioners).
• Annual processing of dual pension beneficiaries under IKA-ETAM.
• Pensioners’ registry update and verification.
• Integration and merger of insurance funds.
• Annual settlement of pension payments and tax calculations.
• Production of statistical reports.
• Processing of ad hoc requests submitted by the insurance funds.
• Adaptation of the systems to new legislative and regulatory requirements.
